Tobias Evans has been unemployed for quite some time. Like many long-term unemployed individuals, he just could not quite find the right fit – then along came a position with the Town of Cofield! Evans will be working in the Public Works Department and is excited to begin his new journey. By utilizing reimbursement funds offered through our On-the-Job (OJT) Training Program, we are able to assist the Town as they work to skill-up Evans. It is through the OJT Program that we can support individuals to gain employment, while the employer provides the training.
