Allison Johnson and Pamela Tadlock found themselves out of work due to no fault of their own. In WIOA terms, they were both ‘dislocated’. Working in partnership with our NCWorks Career Center, we were able to partner with Beaufort County Developmental Center to find employment for both. Johnson is their new Assistant Finance Manager-AR and Tadlock is their new Administrative Assistant-ADMIN. Both started work today and both positions are supported through our On-the-Job Training (OJT) Programs. Both ladies are changing careers and the OJT funds will assist them in getting the training they need to be successful in their new roles. We with them much success!
