We were excited to launch a new series for our NCWorks Career Advisors today! In an effort to better align employer needs with available job seekers, we are putting Career Advisors “in front” of employers. Advisors are able to hear about the business, ask questions and then tour the business to see the jobs performed first-hand. This will allow them to provide job seekers with valuable information .
We would like to thank Calvin Craft and all the staff at Select Custom Apparatus in Falkland for hosting us today. Advisor’s were able to meet the staff and ask questions that directly related to what they were seeing. For several, it was the first time they had seen the “inner” workings of emergency vehicles.
