Roy Stanley, like many others, received his layoff notice from Clarcor/Parker Hannifin. Roy applied for a job with PAS USA and found that he lacked the skills he needed for the job. Fortunately for Roy, PAS USA utilizes the On-the-Job (OJT) Training Program.
