The Rivers East Workforce Development Board and Region Q Workforce Investment Consortium (administered by Mid-East Commission) is soliciting proposals from qualified and eligible organizations/businesses for the competitive selection of Youth/NEXTGEN program operator(s) for in-school and out-of-school participants ages 16-24 under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The intent of Rivers East Workforce Development Board and Region Q Workforce Investment Consortium is to enter into a contractual relationship with one or more proposers beginning October 1, 2021 for a modified two-year period (through June 30, 2023).
