The Rivers East Workforce Development Board and Region Q Workforce Investment Consortium (administered by Mid-East Commission) is soliciting proposals from qualified and eligible organizations/businesses for the competitive selection of Adult & Dislocated Worker program operator(s) and local One-Stop Operator(s) under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The intent of Rivers East Workforce Development Board and Region Q Workforce Investment Consortium is to enter into a contractual relationship with one or more proposers beginning July 01, 2020 for a two-year period (through June 30, 2022).
