The RiversEast Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide One-Stop Operator services, Adult and Dislocated Worker services, and Youth services through the NCWorks Career Center system in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title I, Public Law 113-128. Mandatory Intent to Apply Due: March 20, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time; Mandatory Bidder’s Conference: April 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time: Proposals Due: April 23, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Organizations intending to submit a proposal must submit a Mandatory Intent to Apply and attend the Mandatory Bidder’s Conference in order to be eligible to submit a proposal.
